Symptoms



On : 12.1.3 version, Install / Upgrade

When attempting to upgrade on R12.1.3, receive invalid objects that will not regenerate, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apps User > alter package OE_ACKNOWLEDGMENT_PUB compile body; show errors
