R12 Cannot Create And Save Contact Information In Collections Form

In 11.5.10, we are able to record a call and add Contact Info to the collection's call which then eventually shows up on the Receivables > Customer Account form. In R12, with the Customer Account form obsoleted, we try to input First and Last Name in the Colllections Form, however, we are not able to save records or add contact info in the Collections Form.
