Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Find that randomly workflow of the Order Header is not getting created when Creating Orders. When trying to view the workflow using Menu from Sales order form > Tools > Workflow Status the following error is received:
APP-ONT-251208: Workflow status is not available. The workflow history may be purged
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Workflow should be associated with Open Sales Orders.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue
The issue cannot be reproduced at will, but can be seen with the following steps:
- Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
- Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
- Query the order
- View the workflow using Menu from Sales order form > Tools > Workflow Status
- Observe the issue
