Symptoms


Customer Interface (RACUST) fails with message:

Customer record for insert must have validated profile record defined in the RA_CUSTOMER_PROFILES_INTERFACE table.

Changes

This issue happens in R12, and not in R11i.

This is due to unpublished Bug 4425217 - R12-MOAC: SCRIPT REVIEW MODIFY EXISTING RECORDS IN RA_CUSTOMERS_INTERFACE_ALL:

"REQUIREMENT:
As part of MOAC changes we have to make the org_id column as NOT NULL
that was previously null in these 'Customer Interface'

RA_CUSTOMER_PROFILES_INT_ALL,
RA_CONTACT_PHONES_INT_ALL,
