Shipment Event And Event Refnum When Added Via Smartlink Gives Error Preventing Users To Use This Smart Link (Doc ID 1320037.1)

On OTM version 6.1 once a screen set is configured to be able to add events via a smart link
when used the event screen goes blank.


1 - Logged onto OTM

2 - Navigated to: Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Screen Set Manager.

3 - Searched for and coied Screen Set BUY_SHIPMENT and created a new screen set

4 - Using the buttons at the base of the tab go to the SmartLinks Tab.

5 - Next to the word 'top' clicked the plus sign and set the following:
SmartLinks: Add Shipment Event
Label ID: add_shipment_tracking_event

6 - Clicked Finished.

7 - Added the new Screenset to the Menu, via Configuration and Administration
> User Configuration > Menu Manager > Menu that is currently used.

8 - Clicked Finished.

9 - Logged off OTM and back on.

10 - In the menu clicked on the link for the new screen set

11 - Searched for a Shipment ID.

12 - Right clicked over the Shipment ID to open the Smartlink list.

13 - Clicked on the top link (new one) of Add Tracking Event.

14 - Enter the following:
Refnum Qualifier: ACCOUNT_CODE
Refnum: 123
Click on Save

15 - The screen goes blank.
In the bottom left of the browser the yellow warning triangle is displayed .
Clicked on the warning icon and the error is seen but cannot be coppied.
