On : 126.96.36.199 version, Self Service Benefits
In SSBEN during open/New Hire enrollment when adding a spouse for the first time and go to the update benefits page the rate for the spouse plan is displayed zero
The coverage are calculated correctly.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Employee goes into Benefits Self Service during Open Enrollment
2) Employee uses the 'Add Dependents/Beneficiaries' button to add a SPOUSE for the first time... Spouse DOB is entered as well
3) The spouse now shows in the 'Dependents' list for Medical/Dental/Vision... this is EXPECTED
4) However, the rates for the SPOUSAL LIFE INSURANCE remains ZERO... this is INCORRECT
