Information in this document applies to any platform.
Migrated ADRs or Inactive organizations

In Release 12.1.2, when attempting to run Subledger Accounting for Process Manufacturing
Financials, the following error occurs:

APP-XLA-95103: An internal error occured in xla_flex_pkg.get_flex_value_meaning
ORA-01403 no data found

Migration from Release 11i to Release 12 has recently been done, meaning that the MAC Account Mapping rules have been converted into Subledger Accounting Account Derivation Rules (ADRs). Found that some of these converted ADR rules are for some organizations which were inactive. Hence when running the validating  AAD , it compiled well, but after a month since these conditions irrevelant it gave the error.

Similarly if you are referring any cost component classes in the conditions and if someone has removed the cost component classes or recreated the cost component classes then the issue can occur since

XLA_CONDITIONS stores the  ID and it gets changed once the original one is removed or recreated.

This is one of few reasons why  Oracle Support does not trouble shoot the custom SLA ADRs.  Because the conditions put in the SLA ADR is from the customer setup and it can change or become inactive at any time.
