Symptoms

When attempting to run Subledger Accounting for Process Manufacturing Financials, the following error occurs:

APP-XLA-95103: An internal error occured in xla_flex_pkg.get_flex_value_meaning
ORA-01403 no data found

Changes

Migration from Release 11i to Release 12. MAC Account Mapping rules have been converted into Subledger Accounting Account Derivation Rules (ADRs). Some of the converted ADR rules are for some inactive organizations. Hence when running the validating  AAD , it compiles well, but after a month since these conditions are irrevelant, it gives the error.

Similarly if you are referring any cost component classes in the conditions and if someone has removed the cost component classes or recreated the cost component classes, then the issue can occur since XLA_CONDITIONS stores the ID and it gets changed once the original one is removed or recreated.

This is one of the few reasons why Oracle Support does not troubleshoot custom SLA ADRs. The conditions from the SLA ADR are based on customer setup, can change or become inactive at any time.
