When autoreceipt fails for a repair order (from the Repair Workbench), the message is often very generic and does not specify what is wrong. The reasons for the failure can be numerous, so that needs to be pinpointed. That can be done through gathering the information as per the below action plan. Supply that information when raising an SR with Oracle Support.
