On : 12.1.1 version, Assignment,Term,Pay,ChgMgr,LOA

When viewing absence details in Manager Self Service, the following error occurs:

Data PER_EMP_NUMBER not found at line 175 of BG_ABSENCE_DURATION
Cause: A SQL SELECT statement, obtained from the application dictionary, returned no rows when executed.
Action: Please refer to your local support representative.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) XX US Employee Self Service>Absence Mgmt> Create Absence
2) Enter Absence Details.
3) Calculate Duration
5) Issue replicates when Manager Self Service is used as well.

From Core:

6) XX US HRMS SUPER USER>People Enter and Maintain>Others>Absence
7) Record is successfully created with no errors.
