Goal

Scripting Author is a development tool to be used by Customers to build scripts.

A simple script, will contain panels and branches, and can be quickly built to allow the call center Agent to following a script.

This document aims to provide Customers with an example of what can be achieved with PL/SQL and JAVA integration which can be used to enhance the Scripting Product.

Oracle Support would advise setting up the following example on site to see and understand the functionality available, before writing customized scripts in this area.

Note

If required the script can be enhanced with java or pl/sql methods/functions, and in this case it is down to the individual Developer to decide which to use and how.

Oracle provides the Scripting Developers Guide for assistance in this area.

This area is not supported by Oracle, and no assistance can be given to help with writing or debugging code.
