The Start/Stop Times And Total Hours Not Showing Up Correctly On Otl Timecard (Doc ID 1321194.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 01, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Time and Labor - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

After implementing the OTL-Absence integration, using an hour based absence type spanning multiple days and using a formula to calculate the total number of absence hours, why are the Absence start/stop times and Total hours showing up incorrect on the OTL timecard.

For example:

Absences are entered in either Self-Service HR or core HR module span 4 days with a Start of 04-Apr-2011 and End on 07-APR-2011.

An absence duration formula is used to calculate the total number of absence hours based on your rules and stored in the HR module.

The timecard gets populated with Start/Stop time for each day but the hours per day are incorrect.
