The return top button is not available when trying to return to former page after looking into the rejected payments from a payment process request.

Steps to reproduce
1. Payment manager > look for payment in progress with rejected payments. View rejected and removed items page.
2. Try to press Return to button.
2. No button or link available behind the words Return to.
