After Creation Of Discrete Job From ATO Sales Order If Routing Is Created, Unable To Change Data (Doc ID 1321305.1)

Symptoms


On :  11.5.10.2 version,

in Work Order Definition (WIPDJMD.fmb), when trying to released the job, the following error is occurring:



ERROR

APP-BOM-20516 Item XXXXXXX has no valid Revision on 22-FEB-11

Action: Define a revision for your item on 22-FEB-2011.

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(1) Create an Available To Promise Sales Order
(2) Run 'Autocreate Orders' to create a Discrete Job
(3) Create a Routing for the Assembly after creation of the Discrete Job
(4) Now add Completion Sub Inventory or Operation Details or Change the Status of the Discrete Job. When the job is saved it does not save and gives a pop message stating APP-BOM-20516 Item XXXXXXX has no valid Revision on 22-FEB-11

This issue does not exists if it is a Non Available To Promise Job for the same sequence of steps except the job is created manually.
