Page Hanging when Attempting to Attach Counter Group to Item Instances (Doc ID 1321439.1)

No Counters can be associated to Item Instances using the Attach Counter Group option. The page is just hanging with no result.

Expect counter groups to be able to be associated to the Item Instances.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Complex MRO Super User : (N) Configuration > Unit Configuration > Search Product > Go to Instance Details > Choose Counters
2. On Attach Counter Group page pick a group and click on Update button
3. Page is hanging and then times out (as per session timeout settings)
