Encounter 'No Method With Signature' Error On RFQ

In RFQ creation, immediately after exiting the item field when adding a line, the user receives an error. Users can click through the error and it does not delay work, however they may be confused as to an underlying problem that the error is warning about.
This happens in both Sourcing responsibility and Buyer Work Center (BWC) Negotiation tab.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Publish Negotiation.
2. Create amendment.
3. Select lines link.
4. Create new line.
5. Enter item.
6. Receive error.
