Email Center Not Able To Process Emails With Subject Line Longer Than 240 Characters

Problem Statement

12.0.6 on Production

Find that when an email subject is longer that 240 characters, upon opening this email the agent's inbox content disappears.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Send an inbound email with subject of more 240 characters to Email Center Agent

(R) Responsibility : Email Center Agent
(N) Agent Console > Agent Inbox

1. Open email and then press cancel to process later
2. Check inbox by > Messages tab > Inbox > No emails are seen
3. Message can be seen from the Supervisor Queue
