Symptoms

Load a chargeback batch with partner and partner site id. Partner site id is a bill to address but not primary bill to address.

getting error ": Bill to site does not belong to the customer." Here is the complete message in workflow error message attribute


As a result of this error, The claim is not created. The error is from the workflow.
