How to explain differences between totals in Gross to Net Report and Tax Payment Listing Report (Doc ID 1321887.1)

The 'Gross to Net Report' and the 'Tax Payment Listing Report'' report different values for Total National Insurance (NI).

Also, the Tax Payment Listing is including balance adjustments, whereas the Gross to Net Report is not.
