Every order - regardless of the type of order - you enter, a concurrent request is kicked off in the background and this request completes in error.
The request name is OE_ORDER_HEADERS_ALL (Check Event Alert).
There are no details in the log file. I do not know what is kicking this off.
It does not appear to affect the order itself - we are able to process it completely right through to invoicing.
This is a CRP1 instance of an R12.1.3 upgrade from 11.10.2
It occurs with all orders and related to the Order Header, not the lines.
There is no work-around.
There does not appear to be an impact. You can continue processing but would like to know why it is kicking off, what it is for and how to stop it.
