In 12.1.2, task manager resource assignments shows the same resource being assigned to the task multiple times even though users only assigns the resource once.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigate > CRM Administrrator responsibility > Task and Escalation manager > tasks > Tasks
2. query existing tasks(in this case customer creates service request tasks) once task is retrieved
3. click more button > on Resources tab add one valid employee resource > save notice the same resource show multiple times these is an issue because when users navigate to UWQ form and select My Assigned node. There are three same records.
