Symptoms

On OTM version 6.2.1

When attempting to use Action Checks and the Saved Condition is met, the cause and resolution text should be displayed.
Instead, the IDs for the cause and resolution labels is shown and is this followed by a stack trace.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Configured an Action Check with customised labels.
2 - Carry out an action to trigger the Action Check to work and show the descriptions from teh Action Check configuration.
3 - Where the label description is expected the label ID is displayed and followed by a stack trace.
