Buyer Work Center - Approve Change Request Gives Unexpected Error - ORA-01476: Divisor Is Equal To Zero (Doc ID 1322824.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to respond to a change request from the 'Agreements' page, the following error occurs.

Error:
"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."

java.sql.SQLDataException: ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero

at oracle.jdbc.driver.SQLStateMapping.newSQLException(SQLStateMapping.java:79)
at oracle.jdbc.driver.DatabaseError.newSQLException(DatabaseError.java:133)
at oracle.jdbc.driver.DatabaseError.throwSqlException(DatabaseError.java:206)
at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer.processError(T4CTTIoer.java:455)

Replication Steps:

1. Create a global purchase agreement (GBPA) in buyer work center with one item and price of 0.
2. Enable the agreement for supplier authoring and approve the GBPA
3. Log into iSupplier as supplier, update the price on the agreement, and submit the changes for approval.
4. Log into Oracle Purchasing as a buyer and try to approve the changes.
