Symptoms
On: Setup flow
Find that it is possible to change contract of a closed service request
Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Service
(N) Service Requests->Create Service Requests
1. Create a SR and attach a contract to it
2. Close the SR (status code should have the disallow request update checked)
3. Get Contract is still enabled
