Symptoms

Caused by: oracle.apps.fnd.oam.em.sdk.targetData.discovery.AppsDiscoveryException: Not found any Node which runs Concurrent processing. Corrrect context files where Concurrent Managers are running running.

This example is concurrent processing, but could be other services.
