Symptoms

When attempting to update alternate (substitute) operation resources on routings through the Bill and Routing Interface open interface (BMCOIN), the following error is raised in the request log and the updates are not performed.

It works fine with operation resources. The problem occurs with alternate operation resources only.

Entity: SR. Row Identifier: 954335. Entity index: 1. Table Name: BOM_SUB_OP_RESOURCES_INTERFACE.
You must enter a schedule sequence number since it is a primary identifier of a substitute operation resource.

-- Steps
The issue can be replicated per the following steps:

1. Insert records into the open interface table BOM_SUB_OP_RESOURCES_INTERFACE.
Populate the below columns:

OPERATION_SEQUENCE_ID
SCHEDULE_SEQ_NUM
REPLACEMENT_GROUP_NUM
BASIS_TYPE
EFFECTIVITY_DATE
SUB_RESOURCE_CODE
PROCESS_FLAG
TRANSACTION_TYPE
+ any other columns to update

2. Launch the Bill and Routing Interface open interface
3. Once completed see the reported error in the request log
