On : 12.1.3 version – Enterprise Asset Manager
Issue is occurring consistently in Test. Work Request attachments are not visible on the notification that is sent to the approver.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Maintenance Super User>Work Requests.
2. Create a work request with an attachment. Save it.
3. A notification is sent to the approver to approve the work request.
4. The notification does not show the attachment. There is also no WR details link on the notification to see the attachment via the link as there is for work order notifications.
