The purpose of this document is to guide in trouble shooting issues in Rent Recoveries module in Oracle Property Manager.

1.The changes for merging customer are not reflected in Expense Class details in Recovery module.

3. When the Fields "Recovery Type","Recovery space","Customer" and "Bill to Site" Become Non Mandatory fields in the Locations Tab of the Property Manager Leases form?

ERROR PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'CALCULATE_REC_AMOUNT_BATCH'

9. When creating a Recovery Agreement and selecting Calculation Method: Fixed
Percentage, if a value in the 'Fixed %' field with two place decimal
precision (for example 84.68) is entered the system shows the following error message:

'Value 84.68 exceeds the maximum allowed value (NUMERIC (38))'

10. For a lease with recovery and more than one term line, when attempting to access any term line beyond line 1 the system redirects to the first term details.

11.When approving Billing term in Recovery, concurrent program (PNSCHITM) Schedules and Items is failing with below error:

ORACLE error 1839 in FDPSTP.

12. When attempting to submit the Recovery Module Area Class Extraction program, the following error occurs in the Log file :

ORACLE error 20001 in FDPSTP.
