In order for Install Base (IB), Enterprise Asset Management(eAM) and Oracle Asset Tracking (OAT) to work correctly users are required to setup Install Base parameters in accordance with Oracle Install Base Implementation Guide, Release 12.1, Part Number E13684-06 Set Up Installation Parameters.
The first parameter to configure in IB is to create an Internal Party using Contact Center from the Oracle Customer Support Responsibility, but this Responsibility is not available. Can this party be created elsewhere?
