Symptoms

Receiving error when trying to reassign Workflow Notification
ERROR: You may not "Reassign" notification '&SUBJECT&'because reassign has been disabled

Navigation:
Project Manager > Notification >Select a notification (project) and click on Reassign, the error occurs
