Customer Form Issue: Cannot See Newly Created Classification Code in List of Values (Doc ID 1323753.1)

Symptoms

You created new values to the Receivables Quick Code --> Customer Class. But when you go into Customer Form to use/assign the new value to a customer, the list of values (LOV) does not contain the newly defined row.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibliity: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Setup > System > QuickCodes

Query for Application = Receivables, Lookup Type = CUSTOMER CLASS
Add Codes like 'DIRECT, 'STANDARD' ', 'VENUE'
Save


Navigation: Customer > Standard
Query an existing customer record
navigate to an account and invoke the list of values for Classification codes
the rows you created above are not in the list
