Symptoms

After having upgraded to 12.1.1, when saving a new Service Request from the Contact Center form, the following error message occurs:

Error:

FRM-40735: POST-DATABASE-COMMIT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502

Steps:

(R) Service
(N) Customer Management > Contact Center
- Service request tab
- Enter service request data
- Enter attributes
=> Save work


What is Working:
- Data is saved and SR is generated even after the error.
- Error occurs when the user has entered Attributes for the SR.
