Internal Order Receipts Cannot be Found (APP-PO-14094) Because TripStop (WSHINTERFACE) Fails With "Receiving Transaction Manager Returned error" (Doc ID 1323849.1)

Symptoms

Intransit Internal Order receipt cannot be found in Find Expected Receipts window (in Enter Receipts form). The error "APP-PO-14094: No records meet your search criteria." occurs upon entering the internal requisition number and clicking FIND.

When reviewing the TripStop log (WSHINTERFACE concurrent log) in Order Management, it shows an error in Receiving Transaction Manager as seen in excerpts from that log below:
