When attempting to post transmissions outbound , the following error occurs.

2011-05-20 12:24:11.871 0 Error Exception insert into i_log (i_log_seqno, i_transaction_no, i_transmission_no, written_by, i_message_class, i_message_code, i_message_text, domain_name, i_message_gid, processing_error_code_gid) values (?,?,?,?,?,?,empty_clob(),?,?,?); [1382393, -1, 395259, TRANSMISSION_PROCESSOR, I, TRANSMISSION_DEBUG, GUEST null, null]

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-14400: inserted partition key does not map to any partition

That the transmissions would be able to post successfully

1.  Post or Send and Integration Feed.
2.  Note the Error received.
