The attached script provides information about what causes this Install Base shipment error:

 

ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero

There are two types causes found due to either user error or system error in the Order Manager form, order line information.

1. A order line with valid shipped or fulfilled quantity is linked to a parent order line that has '0' or null ordered quantity

2. A order line with a valid shipped or fulfilled quantity under a ATO, PTO model but is missing the link_to_line_id
