QA Check Errors With ‘OKR_IP_QA_DATA_INTEGRITY.CHECK_QUESTIONS’ Must Be Declared (Doc ID 1324352.1)

Symptoms

On:  12.1.1 version, QA Related

When attempting to run QA check for a service contract that was manually entered,
the following error occurs.

Error code - &ERROR_CODE
Error Message - &ERROR_MESSAGE
Action: Contact your system administrator. (SQLcode=-6550)
(SQLerrm=ORA-06550: line 1, column 7;
PLS-00201: identifier
‘OKR_IP_QA_DATA_INTEGRITY.CHECK_QUESTIONS’ must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.
Service Contracts Responsibility.
- Contract Administration
- Launchpad
- Tools/New
Create new service contract with a service line and subline for a product.
2.
Go to Tab Summary – Administration
Enter Approval name “Approval Process”
Save and Press ‘Submit’ button
QA Checklist used is a custom Check List
3.
Error shows. Click OK.
4.
After this the Window Quality Assurance Results window opens with custom QA Checklist
But window is empty. No lines in the Results region at all.
