Customer Form, Party Tax Profile Error: Value In Party Name Is Too Long (Doc ID 1324441.1)

Symptoms


In Party level Tax Profile tab, if you run a search on an Organization Name that exceeds 80 characters, the following error is raised:
When searching for an existing Customer/Party, upon navigating into the Party level tax Profile tabattempting to search existed party name in Parties of Tax ,

Value in Party Name is too long

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Customers

  1. Query for an existing Customer
  2. Click on the Name hyperlink to navigate to the Party level tabs
  3. Click on Tax Profiles
  4. In the Organization Name field search for a name that exceeds 80 characters, the correct record is retrieved but the error is raised
