Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

In iSupport, the system creates a duplicate contact with an "Employee Of" relationship type when a contact for an Organization registers as a Business User.
If an administrator registers the business user via the CRM HTML Administration responsibility, a duplicate contact is also created.

Steps to Reproduce

(R) Service
(N) Service Request > Customer Management > Contact Center
   - Enter an Organization
   - Create a customer contact with employee of relationship type

And then:

(R) CRM HTML Administration
(N) Setup > Users > User Maintenance > Create button.
   - Select Register as a user of an existing company
   - Enter the required data
   - Approve registration
   - Return to the Contact Center.

=> The Contact Name LOV (List of Values) shows a duplicate party with the same relationship type.

Workaround
Perform a Party Merge for the duplicate Party.
