iSupport User Registration Creates Duplicate Contacts If User Is Created For An Existing Organization

Goal
In iSupport, the system creates a duplicate contact with an "Employee Of" relationship type when a contact for an Organization registers as a Business User.
If an administrator registers the business user via the CRM HTML Administration responsibility, a duplicate contact is also created.
Steps to Reproduce
(R) Service
(N) Service Request > Customer Management > Contact Center
- Enter an Organization
- Create a customer contact with employee of relationship type
And then:
(R) CRM HTML Administration
(N) Setup > Users > User Maintenance > Create button.
- Select Register as a user of an existing company
- Enter the required data
- Approve registration
- Return to the Contact Center.
=> The Contact Name LOV (List of Values) shows a duplicate party with the same relationship type.
Workaround
Perform a Party Merge for the duplicate Party.
