Symptoms
On : 11.5.10.2 version, Agent Console
When attempting to reply to an email, which was sent to Email Center with only the BCC field populated,
the following errors occurs:
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open an inbound email that has a BCC field (BCC field shows up as "undisclosed recipients: ;")
2. Reply to this email
3. The above errors appear.
