R12/XTR: How the Bank account Balances are Updated for Treasury enabled Bank accounts? (Doc ID 1325135.1)

Scenario 1:

Unable to update bank balances in R12. In 11i Bank balances can be manually updated using the Bank Balances window or imported via the XTR_BANK_BAL_INTERFACE table. The menu path goes to XTRINBNK - Bank Account Interest Settlement > Bank Account Balances but cannot update.
How the Bank account Balances are Updated for Treasury enabled Bank accounts?

Scenario 2:

Where is Form XTRSLCBK and XTRSLCBK - View Cash Book Summary in R12.1.3? Migrating from 11i to R12.1.3 and we can not enter to the form XTRSLCBK "View Cash Book Summary"
