Symptoms
When attempting to select the 'Field Service Technician Portal' responsibility (FSTP) an error occurs:
Login used to enter in to Field Engineer's Portal does not belong to Field Service Resource.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Oracle E-business suite applications.
2. Select the Field Service Technician Portal responsibility.
3. Error is displayed.
