Maintenance Workbench (EAMPLNWB) Forecast And Generate PM Work Order Program (EAMPMSDU) Hangs (Doc ID 1325469.1)

Symptoms

PM WO generation hangs in some specific cases. We do not see any issue in PM definition. All cases PM schedules are rule based. We have a suspicion that there is some dependency with "Effective From". The same issue is for maintenance workbench forecast.

Expect to properly work

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Responsibility Enterprise Asset Management
2. Navigation: Preventive Maintenance -> Generate Work Orders
3. Set Name in parameters (the issue appears in different PM schedule sets)
4. Submit
