'Service requires security context' Error received when Invoking Seeded Interface Deployed in Integration Repository (Doc ID 1325911.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to invoke via SOAP UI the web service for "Ebiz Homepage Service" interface (end point: http://host:port/webservices/AppsWSProvider/oracle/apps/fnd/framework/favorites/EbizHomepageService?wsdl), the following error occurs:
