Changing The Branding Image Not Reflecting in Oracle iSupport (Doc ID 1325925.1)

Symptoms

Find that on iSupport Homepage
The branding image is not changed by setting the profile 'Corporate Branding Image for Oracle Applications' at site level. For other self service it is properly displaying the company logo but it is not reflecting in Oracle iSupport pages.

Expected Behavior:
Expected iSupport to pull info from the profile option.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
First upload a new image in $OA_MEDIA directory
A. Log into (N) System Administrator > Profile > System
B. Query the "Corporate Branding Image for Oracle Applications" profile
C. Type "Custom_Log.jpg" (custom logo) under the Site column
D. Save
E. Log out and log back into the application
The module iSupport is not displaying the Logo

Business Impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the company logo.
