Unit Selling Price Automatically Changes To Zero
USP reverts to Zero

On : 12.1.3 version, Patch Instance

All Items are priced at 0.00 on the Price List.
Find the Unit Selling Price cannot be changed and this remain at 0.0
This has been noticed after applying <patch 10338643>.

Some Items have a valid price say 8.00, and when this is manually overridden to 9.00 , price reverts back to 8.00.

Expect the system to allow over riding of the Unit Selling price

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Enter Sales Order Header
3. Enter Order Line
4. Change the defaulted Price to some other value , the change is not retained
