Symptoms


When attempting to run the concurrent program JTM Master Concurrent Program (INV parameter), the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error message from CSM_SYSTEM_ITEM_EVENT_PKG.REFRESH_ACC: Error in CSM_SYSTEM_ITEM_EVENT_PKG.REFRESH_SYSTEM_ITEMS: -4030:ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 1568792 bytes (PLS non-lib hp,XXXXXXX). Error message from CSM_ITEM_INSTANCE_EVENT_PKG.REFRESH_INSTANCES_ACC: Error in CSM_ITEM_INSTANCE_EVENT_PKG.REFRESH_INSTANCES_ACC: -1:ORA-00001: unique constraint (CSM.CSM_ITEM_INSTANCES_ACC_U1) violated


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 

  1. Update a large number of the Labour and Expense items (in Inventory) so that an update will be triggered for them on the mobile device
  2. Execute JTM Master Concurrent Program with INV parameter
