Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When copying a requisition to the cart and submitting without updating the Intended Use field associated to Tax, the Intended Use value that was copied from the original requisition is not retained and not passed to the Purchase Order (PO)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the Intended Use field in the copied requisition without updating it.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. See original requisition with a value in Intended Use field, under Tax / Additional Information.
2. If do not update the Intended Use in the copied requisition, no value is passed to the Purchase Order in the Intended Use field.
3. If update the Intended Use value on the copied requisition, the Intended Use value is passed to the Purchase Order.
4. If create a new requisition and provide a value in the Intended Use field, that value is passed to the Purchase Order.

Workaround:
------------
Must update the Intended Use field on all copied requisitions.
