Problem Statement:

The following error was encountered while running Quick Pay


APP-PAY-07268: Operation started but not finished.

You have requested to start or retry a Quick Pay operation. Your request has been submitted and has started to run on the AOL concurrent manager. You may need to contact your system administrator to resolve this problem. Quote AOL concurrent manager request_id <request_id>. Once this requests has finished you will need to query this record to see the most up-to-date status.
