Is it recommended to change the PCTVERSION to 0 to reduce the size of the segments for the EDR lobs? (Doc ID 1326963.1)

Goal

Based on <note 298698.1>, Oracle recommend to change the PCTVERSION to 0 for the segment SYS_LOB0000034032C00004$$ related with table FND_LOBS

Is it recommended to change the PCTVERSION to 0 to reduce the size of the segments for the lobs EDR.SYS_LOB0000240378C00002$$ and SYS_LOB0000240378C00003$$ as well?

The lob segments SYS_LOB0000240378C00002$$ and SYS_LOB0000240378C00003$$ related with the table EDR.EDR_PSIG_DOCUMENTS are growing more than 2G by month which is more than expected. We had a similar issue with the lob related with FND_lOB table, so we changed the pctversion to 0 for the lob segment APPLSYS.SYS_LOB0000034032C00004$$ according with the metalink note 298698.1 and it seems that solved the issue.

Could you please confirm if there is a similar action to perform for this 2 lobs of EDR.EDR_PSIG_DOCUMENTS?
