Receiving Error Messages When Opening Multi-Currency Conversion Form (Doc ID 1327003.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open the multi currency form the following errors occurs.

ERROR

FRM-47023: No such parameter named MO_DEFAULT_ORG_ID exists in form QPXCURRY


2nd error

FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item PARAMATER.MO_DEFAULT_ORG_ID


3rd error repeats 1st error

FRM-47023: No such parameter named MO_DEFAULT_ORG_ID exists in form QPXCURRY


4th error:

FRM-47023: No such parameter named MO_DEFAULT_OU_NAME exists in form QPXCURRY




STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Log into Oracle Pricing Manager > Price Lists > Multi-Currency Conversion Setup. Receive 4 error messages before form opens.
