Why is Bad File Created in Wrong Directory When Running Concurrent Program That Uses SqlLoader (Doc ID 1327246.1)

Running a concurrent program and try to upload a flat file to Oracle using SQL*Loader through a parameter file, references a bad file. Ideally for any SQL*Loader program the bad records should be written into the bad file.

Rather than the bad file been generated in the specified temporary location it is been generated in the regular $APPLCSF/$APPLLOG, why is this happening?
